CUTS Actual cuts in the leather can usually be repaired with a combination of subpatches, fillers, and recoloring to make the repairs all but invisible.

 

COLOR LOSS Whether due to dry fading, color coat damage or staining, color loss can usually be repaired by adding back the original dyes or pigments and refinishing the leather's topcoat.
